"If You Can Break It, We'll Replace It" Limited Lifetime Warranty

Fawkes Manufacturing & Development LLC, D.B.A. Fawkes Fabrication (hereinafter "FMD") warrants every provided component for products in this category against structural defects in material and workmanship under any and all conditions - use, misuse, and abuse included.  We expect you to work our products hard, and we'll back you up no matter what as long as the product exists and we are still in business... if you can bend it, break it, or otherwise destroy the undestroyable, we'll replace it at our expense (you pay for shipping) to keep you happy.

What isn't covered:  Surface finishes (e.g. powdercoating), cosmetic blemishes (we will occasionally miss a bead of weld spatter), any cosmetic staining due to the failure of the same, and any damage to your vehicle through the use of our product. See "Limits of Liability" below for more logical stuff our lawyers and insurance company make us say.

What voids this warranty: Improper installation (even Grade 8 bolts shear strength will decrease when over-torqued) and modification (while we understand the Jeeper need to customize, cutting and welding on our stuff is on you).
